Hot Lunch is served at VCA every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 

 

HOT LUNCH ORDERS ARE DUE by 1pm on the 25th of each month

Our current menu is as follows:

​

Mondays - Chi-fil-a (8 count nugget or chicken sandwich)

 

Wednesdays - Carlo's Diner (burger, cheeseburger, tenders, or grilled cheese)

 

Fridays - Marco's Pizza (pepperoni or cheese)

​*The lunches also include 2 sides and a drink.

Our school code is vca.

 

​Note:  iOS users can download the app called 'Hotlunch School Software'.  Android users should use a computer or laptop because the site is hard to navigate on your cell phone.

Once you have  Registered/Created your account, you are now ready to:

 

Create a Student (Children) Profile

· Click on the Children Tab on the Left Navigation Panel

· And then click on Add Child on the top right.

· Hit Create to add a child and repeat the process for multiple children.

​

Place an Order

1. Click on the Orders Tab on the left Navigation Menu

2. Click "New Order" from the sub menu

3. Then click "ORDER" to the right of the name of the child for whom you are placing your order. Be sure to repeat the process for multiple children.

4. On the payment screen select "PAY INVOICE"

For additional support, click on Software Support on the Left Navigation Panel.

LUNCH MENUS FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH WILL BE POSTED

BY THE FIRST SCHOOL DAY OF EACH MONTH.

 

PLEASE BE SURE TO HAVE YOUR ORDER IN BY THE 25TH OF EVERY MONTH.   

 

NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GIVEN AS COUNTS ARE PULLED AND ORDERS ARE SENT TO VENDORS IN ADVANCE.
